The data we collect
The website only collects data when you write to us through the contact form: your name (optional), your email address, the chosen subject and your message. There is no customer account, no newsletter and no online payment.
Why
This data is used only to reply to your request: general enquiry, repair of a garment, press or trade. Processing is based on your consent, given by ticking the box on the form, and, when your request comes before a purchase or a repair, on steps taken at your request prior to a contract.
Who receives it
Your messages are read by the Deguellle team. They reach us by email and are kept in the website’s administration area, hosted in France by o2switch. They are never sold, transferred or used for advertising.
How long
Messages are deleted automatically three years after they are received. You can ask for them to be deleted sooner.
Protection against automated messages
To limit messages sent by bots, the website counts the messages sent from the same connection over one hour. Your IP address is not stored as such: only an irreversible encrypted fingerprint is kept for one hour, then deleted.
Cookies and analytics
The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. It calls no external service that could track you: fonts and images are served by the website itself. This is why no banner asks for your consent. Only the area reserved for the people who manage the website sets login cookies, which are strictly necessary.
Your rights
You may access your data, have it corrected or deleted, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to deguellle@deguellle.com. We reply within one month.
If, after contacting us, you believe your rights have not been respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Security
The website is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
